Hacienda Maria is located ontop a hill with an amazing view overlooking our farm fields and river valley. The Hacienda can provide overnight lodging for a family vacation or a comfortable space for a small business or non-profit organization retreat.
Hacienda Maria sleeps up to six persons. An expansive ground floor master bedroom has 1 queen bed, a full bathroom, a half bath, kitchen with dishes and cookware. Large living room and a sunroom can both be converted into a meeting space. Large outdoor back patio shaded in the evening provides a nice view and can be set up with outdoor seating for good-weather dining. The hacienda is equipped with central air-conditioning, heat and a fireplace, or you can open the windows to breathe Hill Country fresh air. No smoking in the hacienda, no pets. Children are welcome. Access to Llano River from property and kayaks/canoeare first come, first serve between Cool River Cabin and Hacienda Mariaguests.

Directions from I-10
Heading toward Junction on IH-10, take Exit #456, marked Hwy 83/Hwy 377. Go north (toward Menard) on Hwy 83/377 about 1 mile. Turn right on Hwy 377 (toward London & Mason) and travel 3.7 miles. Look for Spanish style stucco arch entrance on right hand side directly across from CR 311. Turn right through the gate and follow the gravel road. Take second left and the driveway will take you up to Hacienda Maria, please park in carport.
Directions from Menard
Head south toward Junction on Hwy 83. Just before you get into town, turn left onto Hwy 377 (toward London & Mason) and travel 3.7 miles. Look for Spanish style stucco arch entrance on right hand side directly across from CR 311. Turn right through the gate and follow the gravel road. Take second left and the driveway will take you up to Hacienda Maria, please park in carport.
Directions from London
Traveling south on Hwy 377, Native American Seed farm is approximately 13 miles (towards Junction) on the left hand side. We have three entrances from Hwy 377. The best landmarks to look for are the county roads. Entrance is after CR 312 and before CR 311 on the south (left) side of the road. After you pass CR 312 start slowing down, after you round the bend look for a white fence with sign on right. Continue to third driveway on left. Entrance has Spanish style stucco arches directly across from CR 311. Turn left through the entry and follow gravel road about 1/4 mile. Just after crossing old cattle guard turn left following a gravel road to the Hacienda. Make this your home for your stay!
